This smartphone, an upgrade over the Y100, Y100i, and Y100i Power models in the Chinese market, boasts significant improvements. Notably, the Indonesian variant outshines its Chinese counterpart, featuring a powerful Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, a robust 5,000mAh battery, and rapid 80W fast charging support. The device is available in two elegant color options: Purple Orchid and Black Onyx.

The Vivo Y100 5G, with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, is competitively priced at IDR 3,899,000 (approximately Rs 20,500). Meanwhile, the variant with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage comes with a slightly higher price tag of IDR 4,199,000 (approximately Rs 22,000). Interested buyers can find these models at authorized dealers in Indonesia and the official Vivo online store.

Launch Status and Pricing in Other Markets

Details about the Vivo Y100 5G’s launch in India are yet to be disclosed. In China, the Vivo Y100i Power was introduced in December 2023, with a single configuration featuring 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage, priced at RMB 2,099 (around Rs. 24,000). The predecessor, Vivo Y100, made its way to India in February 2023, with the 8GB + 128GB storage variant retailing at Rs. 24,999. This model featured a 4,500mAh battery and MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC with 44W wired charging support.
